Electronics Manufacturing Industry

We are partnering with a well-established electronics manufacturing company in Camarillo, CA that is seeking an experienced Test Operator to join its production team. This is a full-time opportunity supporting electronic testing and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Camarillo, CA
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • October-May: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • June-September: 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM
• Pay: $19.00-$23.00/hour DOE
• Overtime required, including early starts, extended shifts, and occasional weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect electronic assemblies to test equipment and run software-driven tests
• Assemble cable harnesses and support electronic testing processes
• Operate testing equipment such as Flying Probe, ICT, and related systems as needed
• Read and utilize multimeters to perform testing and troubleshooting activities
• Review electronic drawings, test instructions, and work procedures using a computer
• Follow ESD, ISO, quality, and production standards
• Inspect work for accuracy and conformance to specifications
• Provide support in additional production departments as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of electronics test operator experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and understand a multimeter
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and follow testing instructions and mechanical drawings
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs.
• Due to regulatory requirements, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
